PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical reading head of a scanning device in which a distance between a scanning object and a lens can be appropriately regulated and thereby an optical path tilt can be minimized. SOLUTION: The optical reading head of the scanning device includes a housing, two movable mirror fasteners and two supporting plates. The housing includes a luminous source, a mirror set, the lens and an image sensor. The two movable mirror fasteners can regulate a given position of a reflection mirror by fixing both edges of a given reflection mirror in the mirror set.
