PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch device correctly and easily operable from a separated position by using a rod-like member. SOLUTION: This switch device 11 is operated from a riding position of a cargo-handling vehicle by using the operation rod 21, and is so structured as to be operable by mounting a guide plate 15 expanding toward the front-side periphery in a circumferential part of a switch button 14 and by guiding a tip 21a of the operation rod 21 to the switch button 14 by the inside surface 15a of the guide plate 15.
