PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer system with which a cache memory with high hit rate and also with less overhead of access even with small capacity is given to a storage medium using a flash memory as a main medium, writing to the flash memory is quickened and writing frequencies are reduced. SOLUTION: The computer system has a processor 50, the cache memory 38 and flash memories 35, 36 by which data writing via the cache memory 38 is performed according to a request from a CPU 51 of the processor 50 and the line size entered in the cache memory 38 is 1/N (provided that N is an integer≥2) of actual page size which is a batch writing unit of the flash memories.
