<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for optimizing the reaction time of an on-vehicle unit corresponding to the action requesting time of a user while suppressing the power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: The present communication interval in communication means 2-i to perform the communication between on-vehicle units 1-i (i=1, 2, ..., N) operated as a part of a vehicle by radio signals is grasped by a signal input-output interval detection unit 41b of a present condition grasping means 41. The grasped present communication interval is compared with a permissible range of the communication request interval calculated from the action request time of the on-vehicle units 1-i required by a user by a present interval comparison unit 42a1. Acceptance/rejection of changing the present communication interval is determined by a communication interval change determination means 42, and the communication interval of the communication means 2-i is changed to a desired communication interval so as to optimize the reaction time of the on-vehicle units 1-i by a communication interval changing means 43. When the communication interval of the signal in the communication means 2-i is changed, the communication interval is searched and changed by a power consumption minimum value calculation unit 43a1 so that the total power consumption is minimized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
