<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a start-up property of a fuel cell under low-temperature conditions. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system 10 has a fuel cell 15 provided with heating cells 20 each equipped with a heater 60, arranged at an end part of a laminate 22 laminating a plurality of single cells and combustion catalyst carried on the heater 60 and with a combustion gas flow channel 62 formed as a space fitted on the heater 60, and an end plate 24 arranged further outside each heating cell 20. Furthermore, the fuel battery system 10 is provided with a power supply part (a secondary battery 34) supplying power to the heaters 60, a gas supply part (a fuel gas supply part 30 and a blower 32) supplying gas containing hydrogen and oxygen to the combustion gas flow channels 62, and a heating control part (a control part 36) for driving the power supply part and gas supply part at power generation start of the fuel cell 15 to make heating by the heaters 60 and supplying of gas to the combustion catalyst conducted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
