<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for molding a separator for a fuel cell without causing uneven thickness or distortion, and also to provide a die used for it. <P>SOLUTION: In this molding method of a separator S for a fuel cell, a powder material M is supplied to a cavity C of a die comprising an upper die 1 and a lower die 2 and thereafter compression molding is executed by heating/compressing it. In the molding method, the powder material M is not supplied to the vicinity of the circumference of a cavity surface 3 partitioned by a recessed wall surface 8, and an annular projecting part 4 for forming a circumferential end of the separator S is formed on either the cavity surface 3 of the lower die 2 or the cavity surface of the upper die 1 facing to the cavity surface 3 or each of both of them. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
