PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reproducing apparatus in which discomfort in switching a channel of audio data is reduced, while having flexibility of a system in reproducing audio data.

SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with a decoding part 10 decoding first audio data and converting to third audio data, an audio mixing part 30 mixing second audio data and the third audio data and converting to fourth audio data, and a data output part (switching part 50, digital audio output part 4) switching the first audio data to the fourth audio data and outputting as audio data for reproduction based on a list indicating an order of reproduction of audio data which may be used by reproduction processing program in which a procedure of reproduction processing of the second audio data is indicated.
