<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recording apparatus in which a document before image reading, a sheet object before image formation and the sheet object after image formation can be supported by simple operation when using the apparatus, and all of a document inserting port, a sheet object inserting port and a sheet object ejecting port can be protected from trash or dust when not using the apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A facsimile machine 10 is provided with a machine body 20, a cover member 30 and an exterior member 61. The machine body 20 incorporates an image reading section 40, a document feeding path 41, an image forming section 50 and a sheet feeding path 51 and externally ornamented with the exterior member 61. A document inserting port 42, a sheet inserting port 52 and a sheet ejecting port 53 are juxtaposed in an upper part of the machine body 20. The cover member 30 is displaced between an opening position and a closing position with respect to the machine body 20. The cover member 30 supports a document, a sheet before image formation and the sheet after image formation at the opening position, constitutes a part of the exterior member 61 at the closing position and covers the document inserting port 42, the sheet inserting port 52 and the sheet ejecting port 53. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
