<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption considerably by lighting a light without supplying power from an external power source and lighting for a long time even when a power source is turned off. <P>SOLUTION: A Peltier element unit 1 for converting heat gradient into the power, a charger 2 for storing the power energy, a light emitting part 4 for exciting photoluminescent phosphor with an LED, and a power supply mechanism for discharging the power stored in the charger 2 toward the light emitting part 4 when required are provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
