PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily specify a spectrum waveform of an object channel to be evaluated and measured during a spectrum measurement.

SOLUTION: A spectrum measurement control part 37 sets information corresponding to a measured frequency range specified by an operation part 13 during the spectrum measurement to a spectrum measuring part 12. The spectrum measurement control part 37 comprises: a measured frequency range setting means 17a for detecting data in a spectrum waveform within the specified measured frequency range; a spectrum display means 17b for causing a display device 14 to display the detected spectrum waveform as well as an orthogonal coordinate of a horizontal frequency and a vertical power; and a identification display means 39 for reading frequency information corresponding to the measurement object channel specified by an operation of the operation part 13 from a channel frequency memory 38, and for identifying and displaying the spectrum waveform of the measurement object channel so that the spectrum waveform can be identified from spectrum waveforms of other channels on a screen.
