<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substitute method for a known method for forming a cooling flow passage of specific type more quickly and inexpensively. <P>SOLUTION: This flow passage 6 includes a hole 7 and a diffusion part 9. The hole 7 is opened to the outside in an end part on one side, enters an inner side face 3 of the wall 1, and enters the diffusion part 9 forming an orifice 11 in an end part on the other side. The diffusion part 9 spreads out in a funnel shape around the orifice 11, is opened to the outside, and enters an outer side face 5 of the wall 1. In this diffusion part 9, a front end part has a bottom being substantially flat, inclined, and extending on a front face of the orifice 11 and has a fringe extending behind the orifice 11, around both side faces, and on the front face. The fringe is cooled by cold air flowing in the flow passage for joining both side faces of the front end part. The wall 1 is formed in at least one cooling flow passage 6.
