PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin aqueous dispersion excellent in shock-stable property even when organic solvent content is low, containing low acid value polyester resin forming a resin film excellent in adhesion to a substrate and producible in a high yield. SOLUTION: The polyester resin aqueous dispersion is obtained by dispersing a polyester resin having 2-10 mgKOH/g acid value and≥230,000 z-average molecular weight in an aqueous medium and has≤3 mass% organic solvent content.
