PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method capable of obtaining a resin molding for a vehicle reduced in weight without causing the fall of the attaching accuracy. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the resin molding having, on the rear face, one pair of ribs that are attaching parts to the vehicle, there are used a fixed mold and a movable mold consisting of a fixed core and a moving core. The cavity for the attaching parts is formed by the fixed core and the moving core, and the rib tip parts are partitioned by the fixed core. The moving core retreats to the direction to enlarge the cavity of the body part and the foamed part is formed in the body part. It is possible, therefore, to obtain the resin molding in which the height of the attaching ribs is not changed and only the body part has the foamed part. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
