PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment for disassembling for improving working efficiency, and increasing economic efficiency, by repairing a gripping part in a short time by little labor. SOLUTION: The gripping part is divided into an installation part 41 formed in an cutter arm 33 and a gripping piece 43 installed in this installation part 41. The installation part 41 and the gripping piece 43 receive gripping time pressing force by the installation part 41 via the gripping piece 43, and are combined by a recess-projection fitting structure for receiving force in the substantially vertical direction to the opening-closing direction by the installation part 41 via the gripping piece 43. The gripping piece 43 is detachably installed in the installation part 41 by threadedly engaging with a screw hole 48 arranged in the installation part 41 by inserting a bolt 51 into a through-hole 50 arranged in the gripping piece 43.
