PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cuttable member superior in joining performance with H shape steel, and capable of restraining an increase in manhours, while securing sufficient strength and excellent cutting performance. SOLUTION: This cuttable member 1 is formed of a fiber reinforced resin layer 12 formed by impregnating resin into first fiber being a long fiber material 26 arranged in one direction and second fiber arranged so as to be oriented in the different direction from the arranging direction of the first fiber; and is formed in an H-shaped cross section out of the hardened fiber reinforced resin layer 12.
