PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinyl chloride-based paste resin composition, particularly a low-viscous paste resin composition containing a viscosity-reducing agent that exhibits considerable viscosity-reducing effects, hardly suffers from viscosity change with time, exhibits considerable viscosity-reducing effects within a wide range from a high shear rate to a low shear rate in a system comprising an inorganic compound, and is hardly volatile and highly safe. SOLUTION: The paste resin composition comprises 100 pts.mass of a resin for the vinyl chloride-based paste, and incorporated therewith, 1.0-10 pts.mass of an ethylene glycol monoalkyl ether fatty acid ester or 1.0-10 pts.mass of an ethylene glycol monoalkyl ether fatty acid ester and 1.0-10 pts.mass of an aliphatic monoalcohol fatty acid ester.
