PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat, of which the backward falling angle of a frame of a backrest at the time of a rear-end collision is smaller. SOLUTION: The front part side of a lower arm (frame) 101 of a seat cushion 100 is rotatably installed onto the floor side by means of a pin (first pin) 117. The rear part side of the lower arm 101 is rotatably installed onto the floor side by means of a pin (second pin) 121. Between the pin 117 and the pin 121 on the lower arm 101, under a straight line connecting the pin 117 to the pin 121, a first to a fourth fragile parts (lower fragile parts) 201-204 that start deformation of the lower arm 101 when compressed are provided. Between the pin 117 and the pin 121 on the lower arm 101, above the straight line connecting the pin 117 to the pin 121, a fifth fragile part (upper fragile part) 205 that starts deformation of the lower arm 101 when pulled is provided.
