PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for cleaning a contaminated soil capable of suitably supplying a contaminated soil with oxygen in a bioremediation which employs an aerobic decomposition. SOLUTION: The apparatus for cleaning a contaminated soil comprises a contaminated soil accumulation tank 1, a pair of guide rails 5, 5 each disposed along either side of the accumulation tank 1, a drive 6 that travels on the guide rails 5, 5, a conveyor belt 10 constituted of a pair of chain belts 14, 14 disposed mutually apart by a predetermined distance on which a plurality of scraping plates 11 are installed by bridging the chain belts 14, 14, and supports 20, 20 and 21, 21 that cause the conveyer belt 10 installed on both ends of the drive 6 to tilt by a predetermined angle in the moving direction of the drive 6. The drive 6 is equipped with a switching mechanism for switching its moving directions. The supports 20, 20 and 21, 21 are equipped with a switching mechanism for switching the tilting directions of the conveyer belt 10 according to the moving directions of the drive 6.
