PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion shaped like a doughnut for solving the problem that longtime seating on a chair causes an inflammation in the region of an anus due to pressure of the body weight. SOLUTION: A recess is provided in a part of the doughnut-shaped cushion, whereby when being seated in the cushion with the anus located in that recess, the body pressure is not applied to the anus to eliminate load on the anus. Further, a cover is put on the whole surface of the cushion to fix the size of the recess so that the recess is not increased in size. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
