PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe with an ankle-fixing band solving the problem that most conventional shoes do not have special treatment to their back stays and, therefore, people with walking difficulty such as aged people, handicapped people and the like cannot keep their shoes horizontal, which makes their shoes get loose and drop and jeopardizes them of stumbling. SOLUTION: A fixing band is attached to the upper part (including a pull counter loop) of the back stay of a shoe. By putting this fixing band around an ankle, the shoe does not get loose and does not drop. Therefore, people with difficulty in walking such as aged people, handicapped people and the like can walk conveniently and safely without stumbling.
