PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative board and a top board using the same capable of providing an external appearance including a butt end face with massive feeling and high grade with neither impairing the handling property nor increasing the cost due to needless increase in weight. SOLUTION: The top board 1 having a decorative board 11 and a plywood 12 is so formed that the decorative board 11 is constituted of a front-face stainless plate 13 and a back-face MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) 14, and the stainless plate 13 and the MDF 14 are stuck together via an adhesive layer 15 so as to cover the butt end face 14a of one side of the MDF 14 with a fold part 13a of one side of the stainless plate 13.
