<p>Independently of its width, the dishwasher wash chamber includes left- and right hand side sections (5, 6), each carrying functional components. At least one central section (2) is included; this contains the sprayer. The three sections (2, 5, 6) have identical external outline and size, independently of dishwasher width. In the case of a dishwasher of greater width, one or more intermediate side sections (8, 9) are joined-in between the central (2) and the left and right side sections (5, 6). In dishwashers of smaller width, only a central section and the two side sections are provided. For a dishwasher of medium width, the central section (2) has intermediate sections (8) installed on each side of it, with side sections (5, 6) at the extreme left and right. In a dishwasher of greater width, there are two central sections. Between them, an intermediate section (9) is located, with left and right sections (5, 6) on the extreme opposite sides. Central-, side and intermediate sections have the same depth. Functional components are mounted on the wall of the central section. These include the spray-arm bearing (3), a collection vessel, one or more strainers, a dosing unit and/or a controller. Rails for the pull-out guides are arranged on each side section (5, 6). In either of the side sections (5, 6), the water outlet, mains water connection and/or chamber drying system are mounted.</p> |
