<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous dispersion medium composition wherein abrasive grains are dispersed, which has no risk of inflammation and is excellent in dispersion stability of the abrasive grains and viscosity stability over time during use, and an aqueous slurry for processing. <P>SOLUTION: The aqueous dispersion medium composition wherein the abrasive grains are dispersed contains glycols, glycol ethers represented by formula (1) (wherein R<SP>1</SP>is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; R<SP>2</SP>is a 1-18C alkyl group or an alkenyl group; R<SP>3</SP>is a hydrogen atom, a 1-18C alkyl group or an alkenyl group; and m is 1-20) and water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
