PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of noise caused by engagement on a one-way clutch in an internal combustion engine start torque transmission mechanism employing the one-way clutch. SOLUTION: An outer race support plate 10 rotating a crank shaft 6 by transmitting torque of a pinion gear 20 from a ring gear 12 via the one-way clutch 14 is provided separately from a flywheel 8, and is attached to a crankshaft without having the flywheel 8 therebetween. Consequently, impact noise at the time of engagement of the one-way clutch 14 is not directly generated on the flywheel 8, and direct propagation does not occur.
