HIGH VOLTAGE VACUUM ELECTROMAGNETIC CONTACTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To replace a high voltage fuse easily. SOLUTION: A high voltage fuse 24 is arranged removably at the front side of a panel 10 in a VCS 40 and the VCS 40 is drawn out of the panel 10 to a test/disconnect position so that the high voltage fuse 24 can be replaced at this position. The high voltage fuse 24 is contained in an insulated case 41 for a high voltage fuse such that a first contact 43a connected with a power supply is connected electrically with a second contact 45a which is connected with a three-phase vacuum valve 44 and a portion other than these joints is insulated from the other conductive portion. The high voltage fuse 24 thus contained can be replaced by opening the protective cover 41 from the front side of the panel 10 without drawing out the VCS 40 to the outside of the panel 10 like a conventional arrangement.
