<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional needleless syringe which performs injection by spraying a spray flow vertically to a skin tissur from a nozzle at a distal end has difficulty in scattering a chemical to the wide range of a prescribed treatment section at a shallow position from the surface of the skin 20. <P>SOLUTION: A distal end part 11N where a horizontal nozzle 3N for spraying a horizontal spray flow 7N spraying in a nearly horizontal direction is provided on its side face is provided on the distal end side of the needleless syringe. Moreover, a prescribed depth H according to the depth of the treatment section from a reference face 6 positioning the needleless syringe is made to be the arrangement position of the horizontal nozzle 3N.
