PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable confirming an optical image and an imaged through-image through a finder apparatus, in a digital single-lens reflex camera. SOLUTION: In the digital single-lens reflex camera, the optical image of an object to be photographed by a photographic lens 2 is reflected by a main mirror 21, formed on a focusing glass 25, and observed through a finder device, and also, the object is imaged by an imaging device 14 after retreating the main mirror 21 from the optical path of the photographic lens 2. The camera further includes an EL (electro-luminescence) device 27 for displaying the image imaged by the imaging device 14 on the focusing glass 25, then, the image displayed by the EL device 27 and the optical image formed on the focusing glass 25 can be observed through an eyepiece 28. By arranging a light shielding curtain 62 under the focusing glass 25, the observation of the pickup image displayed on the El device 27 does not become difficult by the reflection from the main mirror 21.
