PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for inspecting secondary battery pack characteristics capable of coping with shipping inspection of many types of secondary battery packs by a simple and brief computer control, and simultaneously adding a new type easily to an inspection object. SOLUTION: In the device, a prescribed inspection is executed by execution in the combined state of each inspection element which is a constitution unit of an electric characteristic inspection of the secondary battery pack 9 by computer 11 control, by using an electric characteristic measuring device equipped with a measuring apparatus having a digital multimeter, a power source device and a load device and with an electronic switching circuit 10. The inspection device is equipped with a means for determining whether each inspection element is necessary or not for the secondary battery pack 9 of the inspection object, and instructing the order of execution; a means for controlling the electronic switching circuit 10 before execution of each inspection element; a means for storing inspection data acquired by execution of the inspection element; and a means for determining the quality based on the inspection data.
