PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcast receiving apparatus for a mobile object by which simultaneous broadcasting can simply and accurately be determined independently of specific information for determining simultaneous broadcasting. SOLUTION: A simultaneous broadcasting determination part 13 determines whether broadcasting is simultaneous broadcasting or not on the basis of electronic program list information a1 obtained from a fixed digital broadcasting receiver 11 and electronic program list information a2 obtained from a digital broadcasting receiver 12 for a mobile object and on the basis of the identity of program contents (e.g. at least any one of a broadcasting program name, a broadcasting genre and broadcasting time) of a time band corresponding to both of digital broadcasting for fixed receivers and digital broadcasting for mobile objects. Since electronic program list information for both the digital broadcasting for fixed receivers and digital broadcasting for mobile objects is included in each of the electronic program list information a1, a2, the electronic program list information for both the the digital broadcasting for fixed receivers and digital broadcasting for mobile objects can be acquired by acquiring either of the electronic program list information a1, a2.
