<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a thermoplastic resin film which prevents generation of unevenness of a color. <P>SOLUTION: A roll 72 of the thermoplastic resin film is enclosed by a thermal insulation panel 76. The thermoplastic resin film is heat-treated for 0.01 to 300 hours by blowing a warm wind of a glass transition temperature Tg of the thermoplastic resin-60°C to Tg+20°C along the roll 72 with the wind core 78 as the center while the roll 72 being intermittently or continuously rotated at 0.01 to 10 rph in such a direction that the roll 72 becomes fastened. The heat-treated thermoplastic resin film satisfies a change of not less than 0% to not more than 10% in each of change under wet heat (δRe(w)) and change under dry heat (δRe(d)) of in-plane retardation (Re) and change under wet heat (δRth(w)) and change under dry heat (δRth(d)) of retardation in thickness direction (Rth). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
