PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior wall structural body superior in fire resistance by using a synthetic resin-based siding material in the exterior wall structural body in a wooden framework construction method. SOLUTION: This exterior wall structural body has a horizontal member of a sill 3, a column 2a, a shaft material formed by assembling studs 2b in a square frame shape, an inside gypsum board layer 12 arranged on the indoor side of the shaft material, and a synthetic resin-based siding material layer 28 arranged on the outdoor side of the shaft material via an intermediate material layer; and is characterized in that the intermediate material layer has a structural face material layer 21 and an outside gypsum board layer 24.
