PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of transportation and storage by making a fascia board installing member foldable at any given position. SOLUTION: The fascia board installing device comprises a roof board attaching member 1 having a slender attaching piece 2 to be installed to a roof board C and a rising piece 4 formed along a long side of the attaching piece 2; and a fascia board installing member 10 having a slender supporting member 11 to be covered with a fascia board D, fascia board installing pieces 12 formed by bending them at both the short sides of the supporting member 11, and a bent strip 13 formed along the long side of the supporting member 11. In this fascia board installing member, a bent strip 13 of the fascia board installing member 10 is connected in a rotatable manner to the outside of the rising piece 4 of the roof board attaching member 1 thereby permitting the constitution of the fascia board installing member 10 to raise or fold the fascia board installing member 10 with respect to the roof bard attaching member 1, and thus a level difference portion 4a is formed over a predetermined range of the rising piece 4 of the roof board attaching member 1 thereby allowing to fold the supporting member 11 of the fascia board installing member 10 in parallel to and over the attaching piece 2 of the roof board attaching member 1 in the fascia board installing device structured in such a manner that the fascia board installing member 10 can be raised or folded with respect to the roof board attaching member 1.
