PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter provided with a shielding means to be protected from pollution by cedar pollen, dust and a sandstorm, particularly, to an existing bar-shaped shutter. SOLUTION: This shutter is composed of a plate-like member 10 arranged between bar-shaped bodies 5 and a plurality of fixing members 12 for fixing its plate-like member 10 to the bar-shaped bodies 5.
