PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide scissors having edges surely rubbing each other and excellent in cutting performance. SOLUTION: A pressing material 4, which is in a position bisecting the handle section 1b of a moving blade body 1, projects onto the handle section 2b of a stationary blade body 2 mutually and turnably pivoted at the intermediate part of the moving blade body 1 by a connection shaft 3 in the intermediate part. An energizing means, which presses the handle section 1b of the moving blade body 1 to the pressing material 4 in a direction of separating along the axis of the connection shaft 3 from the handle section 2b of the stationary blade body 2, is given.
