PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand and foot bath apparatus capable of effectively providing a warming effect of warming the whole body by simultaneously warming the hands and feet. SOLUTION: This hand and foot bath apparatus is provided with a foot bath 1 warming the feet to be inserted in a foot insertion space S1 and a hand bath 2 warming the hands to be inserted in a hand insertion space S2, and a control circuit 10 periodically changing the temperature inside the foot insertion space S1 of the foot bath 1 and the temperature inside the hand insertion space S2 respectively; and synchronizes the temperature change in the side of the foot bath 1 with the temperature change in the side of the hand bath 2.
