PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid absorbent aid which is held between the labia, is liquid permeable, and is flushable. SOLUTION: The absorbent aid 1 comprises a liquid retaining absorbent layer 10, has a skin abutting surface and a skin non-abutting surface which are liquid-permeable, is vertically long, and is used by being held in a space between the labia of a female. The absorbent layer 10 comprises a laminate of two sheets including a liquid-permeable surface sheet 2 and a sheet-shaped liquid retaining absorber 4 and is constituted to be separated into each sheet by a water flow of a flush toilet. The surface sheet 2 is made of a water-disintegrable non-woven fabric, and the absorber 4 is made of a water-disintegrable paper. The absorbent layer 10 shows water-disintegrability.
