PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable inkjet recording head by improving adhesiveness between a recording element substrate and a supporting substrate, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The first and second recording element substrate H1100 and H1101 and a first plate H1200 are stuck together by using a combined ultraviolet rays- and heat-curable adhesive incorporated with a coupling agent, and an ultraviolet rays reflection preventing treatment region H1250 for preventing the ultraviolet rays from reflecting is formed on the adhesion face on the first plate H1200 side.
