PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for effectively suppressing generation of a burr phenomenon when cutting a web into a plurality of numbers of the width direction by a plurality of pairs of rotary blades on both sides, while continuously traveling the web. SOLUTION: In this slitter device M, the plurality of pairs of upper blades 1 and lower blades 2 opposed across the traveling web W are arranged at prescribed intervals in the web width direction, and the web W is slit between each pair of rotary blades. Each pair of rotary blades is constituted by combining the upper blade 1 having a cutting edge angle of <40°and the lower blade 2 of≥50°. The cutting edges are arranged to bite with each other by forming a toe-in angleθof 0.001 to 0.02°in relation to the web traveling direction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
