PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press-forming device of construction sludge or the like which can be small-sized by reducing the pressing length of a screw as compared with the conventional art, and prevents degradation of the quality such as hardness of a kneaded stuff (a raw material). SOLUTION: In the press-forming device, a kneaded stuff such as construction sludge fed from a raw material charging port 35 provided to a cylindrical body 34 is press-formed by a pressing screw 33 stored in the cylindrical body 34, and a pressed stuff is extruded from a pressed stuff discharge port 47 of a lid plate 46 provided to the tip of the cylindrical body 34. For the dimension of a pressing unit for pressing the kneaded stuff to the required hardness, the pressing length (L) from the lid plate 46 at the tip of the cylindrical body 34 to the raw material charging port 35 of the cylindrical body 34 is set to be not less than the length (L1) for one pitch of a spiral blade 39 of the pressing screw 33, and not more than the length for three pitches.
