PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process liquid recovery device which can decrease a quantity consumed of a process liquid. SOLUTION: The process liquid recovery device 50 to recover the process liquid flowing out from a car body 4 after the predetermined treatment of the body 4 using the process liquid is provided with a drain pan 51 recovering the process liquid flowing out from the body 4, and a guide rail 52 for the drain pan guiding the drain pan 51 along a carrying direction of the body 4.
