PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonvolatile memory which is capable of realizing a counter function while reducing a memory region as much as possible, in which a part is remained without being used as a counter function, and capable of being used efficiently with less waste, and electronic device with the use of the nonvolatile memory. SOLUTION: The nonvolatile memory (EEPROM1) may include, in its memory region, a count data region 100 and a number of times managing region 200 which manages the full-counted number of times of the count data region 100.
