PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new dynamic memory management technique capable of effectively suppressing memory fragmentation using a simple and low-cost memory managing method. SOLUTION: A memory management method for securing a necessary amount of memory area in prepared memory space at a request for memory use includes: a first step for allocating a plurality of kinds of fixed memory blocks of different, fixed sizes to the memory space, and a second step for selecting, at a request for memory use, one fixed memory block as a storage location from the plurality of kinds of fixed memory blocks according to the size of data for memory use.
