PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device and an image forming device of low price and high reliability which prevents poor oil supply. SOLUTION: The fixing device has a movable oil sucking body 10 which sucks releasing oil in an oil tank 5, an oil supply roller which contacts the movable oil sucking body 10 and an oil application roller 8 which contacts the oil supply roller 7 and supplies the releasing oil to a fixing roller 2 or a fixing belt 3 and the movable oil sucking body 10 moves approximately in the vertical direction of an axis direction of the oil supply roller.
