PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vitamin preparation of which the peculiar vitamin smell is weak and which can be uniformly mixed (dispersed) in a product and is excellent in stability. SOLUTION: The vitamin preparation is prepared by mixing vitamin B<SB>1</SB>with a fatty acid, its salt or ester, or a foodstuff material containing a fatty acid, in the state of a powder.
