PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hoisting accessory capable of safely lifting even a large metallic disk having weight by one worker. SOLUTION: This hoisting accessory has a frame body 1 composed of a pair of guide frames 1A and 1A and a pair of support frames 1B and 1B horizontally arranged between these guide frames and supporting the guide frames and forming a U-shaped groove part on an opposed surface in the respective end part sides of the guide frames 1A and 1A, and a suspending cargo support tool 3 composed of a pair of hook means having a leg part 3A1, a claw part 3A2integrally formed on the lower end of the leg part and a crossbar part integrally formed on the upper end of the leg part and extending along the guide frames 1A and 1A of the frame body 1; and is constituted so that the support tool 3 is arranged in an end part side frame of the frame body 1, and the tip of the crossbar 3A3of the support tool 3 is connected to a suspension device, and a first roller mechanism A1is formed between the U-shaped groove part in the frame body 1 and the support tool, and a second roller mechanism A2is formed between an upper surface of the guide frame 1 and the support tool.
