A character information acquiring section searches an article database server storing article information (including title information and text information such as on a newspaper article) and acquires the article information including date/time information which is information on one of the attributes matches the acquired time information. The core add-in section displays the acquired article information on a display section. When a comment is created on the basis of the title information and text information included in the article information through selection using an operation section, the core add-in section displays the comment in a graph comment box or an explanation column in a graph area.
