Thrust members (38,39), each provided with a worm, are connected to right and left guide rails (25,26). The guide rails engage both ends of a tension member (31) at the other end of a blind web (22). One of the web is attached around a winding shaft (36). The worms are meshed to the worm wheels (48,49) mounted to a connecting shaft (47). A motor (43) rotates the connecting shaft. A coil spring (51) unleashes stored energy to rotate the winding shaft. An independent claim is also included for a storage space cover.
