The nozzle has a length of hundred millimeters to three hundred millimeter. Outer diameter of the nozzle is ten millimeter or twenty millimeters and preferably up to thirteen millimeters. Inner diameter of the nozzle is three millimeters preferably up to six millimeters.</p>
