A pipe connecting device is provided to improve water-tightness by arranging a water flow pipe packing member during assembling of an inner protrusion of a main body of the device and a water flow pipe. A pipe connecting device comprises a water flow pipe(10) for guiding flow of water; a main body(20) including a pipe insertion portion(21) for inserting the water flow pipe, a hollow portion for guiding flow of water from the water flow pipe to another water flow pipe, an inner protrusion(23) for supporting an end of the water flow pipe, and a male screw thread(25) formed at an outer surface of the pipe insertion portion; a water-tightening unit including a groove formed at the pipe insertion portion, and a packing disposed in the groove; and a joint cap(40) which has a pipe joint portion for being jointed with an outer surface of the pipe insertion portion of the main body, and presses the packing. The inner protrusion which supports an end of the water flow pipe has a groove having a square C-shaped cross section. The inner surface of the main body arranged in the vicinity of the inner protrusion has a female screw thread(42), and the outer surface of the end of the water flow pipe has a female screw thread. The main body further has a water flow pipe packing member interposed between the end of the water flow pipe and the inner protrusion.
