<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent for removing resin composition useful for removing resin composition, in particular excellent in cleaning a pigment dispersion type photosensitive resin composition for forming color filter or black matrix pattern. <P>SOLUTION: The detergent for removing resin composition comprises a mixture of a conventional solvent for resin as a base and an aromatic compound which contains a ≤5C alkyl group, in a predetermined amount. The preferable amount of the aromatic compound with a 3-5C alkyl group is 5-50% by mass based on the total detergent, and the preferable amount of the aromatic compound with ≤2C alkyl group is 20-60% by mass. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
